My client is looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer who is looking for a change in direction and would like to be office based.
As a Fire Alarm Technical Support you will be taking calls and dealing with emails from customers with technical queries regarding Fire Alarm systems as well as putting together quotes and taking orders.
Must have excellent customer service skills and be a confident computer user.
You will be supported by a team of customer service advisors but my client is just lookimg for someone to bring more technical knowledge regarding the products to the office.
Hours of work would be Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm and the role is paying between £30,000 pa to £34,000 pa depending on experience.
You will need to drive due to office location.
