Role Description
Join Our Team as a Female Support Worker
Location:Bicester, Oxfordshire
Salary:£13.00 per hour (£25,350 per annum) plus benefits: paid induction; overtime paid over 37.5 contracted hours
Hours:7.00 am 3.00 pm, 2.00 pm 10.00 pm (Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis. Please note, the shifts may vary due to the needs of the people we support)
Contract:Full-time, Permanent
Driving Requirement:A valid full UK manual driving license is essential.
Right to Work:Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any skilled worker visas.

What will you be doing?
As a Female Support Worker, you'll be more than just their support you'll be a key part of someone's journey towards living their best life. Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Daily Care & Support:Helping with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and other daily tasks.
  • Building Relationships:Getting to know the people you support, understanding their needs, and helping them live life on their own terms.
  • Empowering Independence:Assisting with personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations, and encouraging creative exploration.
  • Social Engagement:Supporting activities like holidays, social events, and hobbies, ensuring everyone could enjoy what they love doing.
  • Respect & Dignity:Ensuring that the individuals and their families are treated with the utmost respect, dignity, and equality.
Who you will be Supporting?
John* enjoys going to Farmability where he gets to paint, feed the animals, do woodwork and much more. He has built his self-reliance over the years and enjoys days out to theme parks and going on holidays!
Josh* has the best sense of humour and has an infectious smile and is always very helpful. He loves to go swimming and taking rides on the train to explore different places and staycations!
Jess* enjoys listening to music and doing arts and crafts as well as playing with LEGO. She loves going out in her car and train rides to farms and feed the animals. She is a massive fan of Thomas the Tank. Anything you want to know about Thomas, just ask her!
Joe* is an amazing young man, he loves football in particular Ronaldo. He enjoys listening to music, going out shopping in Oxford. Loves watching YouTube videos about food from around the world and has an appetite for multi cuisines- not to forget he is a brilliant cook and a great at sharing his recipes with staff team.
