We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our Pop up store in Bicester Village- this will be a 3 month Fixed Term Contract . The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain the high standards of Byredo.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure the team adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and implementing action plans to improve results.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure the team is well-informed about Byredo products.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
