We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction company for an experienced and detail-oriented administrator to join our client's team as a Fleet Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and oversee managing and maintaining a fleet of 85 vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering and maintaining the company's vehicle tracking system.
  • Processing driver's license authorisations and maintaining accurate records.
  • Keeping detailed records of fleet vehicles.
  • Managing the setup of new vehicles, including fuel cards, breakdown cover, signage, and tracker installations.
  • Coordinating insurance processes via an online portal and liaising with brokers to handle claims.
  • Organising vehicle services, MOTs, and repairs.
  • Preparing monthly reports on fleet activities and performance.
  • Supporting with general administrative tasks as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
