Service Operations Coordinator - 20026

My dynamic and vibrant client based in Bicester is looking for someone to join their Service Operations team in a full-time, permanent role.

Core responsibilities will include:

• Supporting day-to-day bookings, liaising with customer teams and candidates

• Establishing deep knowledge of our software to help deploy the portal successfully

• Managing timesheet information and enquiries including, but not limited to: cross-referencing financials across all portals and ensuring accurate data entry

• Managing the onboarding procedures and supporting all clients and candidates

• Supporting consultants with any day-to-day administration

• Escalating any candidate or client issues to the Service Operations Manager

To succeed in this role, you must have strong IT skills and an aptitude for multi-tasking and prioritising workloads. A knowledge of compliance, time-sheeting and financial software is a strong advantage, as is prior support desk experience.

You will be provided with training and development to help you excel in a challenging and rewarding team. With opportunities for future growth, along with hybrid working, this is a fantastic position for a self-motivated team player who is confident with a can-do attitude. This role may involve occasional out of hours working to meet urgent client demands.

Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm, with 2/3 days in the office

Work days - currently 4 days a week (5 days for two months or until probation ends) but is subject to change.

20 days holiday plus bank holidays.

£25,000 basic with OTE of £27-28k.
