We are looking for dedicated and experienced Team Leaders to join a company based in Bicester.
You will be leading a team to ensure production runs smoothly and targets are hit. Running the line and managing shifts, this is a great role for anyone with previous experience working on a line or leading a team.
Duties of the Team Leader:
- Plan shifts and complete general admin tasks.
- Supervise and lead shifts.
- Communicate goals and deadlines.
- Manage issues and queries.
- Ensure processes are maintained.
- Work to improve health and saftey and waste disposal.
- Monitor team performance and conduct appraisals.
Personal Attributes:
- Manufacturing background.
- Computer literate and able to use inhouse systems, word, excel and outlook.
- Good communication both written and verbal.
- Strong problem solver.
- Previous production experience.
- Motivating a team.
- Organisation and management skills.
Offering £33,000-£36,000 per annum depending on experience, the hours of work will be 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 on a two-week rota basis. The company also offer 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, your birthday off and after completing probation you will receive perkbox benefits.
