Our client, an established yet growing organisation, is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join a newly created team.

This is a new role for the business and so the opportunity is very exciting, and they are looking for an ambitious and driven person to get stuck in and work across the marketing mix. Your role will be to collaborate with operations and site colleagues, as your primary stakeholders, to create solutions that solve key commercial and business challenges. Finding innovative options for building and strengthening relationships with key partners, local opinion formers and stakeholders. You will be a key contributor and enabler in helping sites increase their market share, and significantly grow the businesses' income.

You’ll ask questions, and bring fresh ideas and be happy to take the initiative. While this is an executive level role, you’ll be supported by the Marketing Director with significant exposure within and across the business.

Key Responsibilities and Areas of focus:

  • Support the business sites with engagement activities
  • Implement activities to grow market share in our core and battleground catchment areas
  • Work with the business sites, and be a key driver in the growth of our clients volumes and revenues
  • Be responsible for all marketing comms for a particular business division

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role at a similar level
  • Experience of building relationships with external stakeholders
  • Experience of running social media campaigns, events
  • Demonstrable experience of managing partnerships to deliver measurable positive outcomes
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Copy writing experience
  • Basic design skills e.g. Canva
  • High level of IT skills to include Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Previous experience working within a regulated industry is desirable
  • Good numeric and literacy skills
  • Strong reasoning ability
  • Strong sense of ethics and good judgement
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to multi task
