We are seeking a Test & Verification Engineer to help advance electric propulsion technologies for next-generation aircraft, including EVTOLs, UAVs, and general aviation.Key Responsibilities:- Execute and manage test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and durability of electric propulsion systems.- Collaborate with external test facilities and coordinate testing schedules and reporting.- Develop and document test cases, and assist in the setup of test rigs, data acquisition systems, and automation scripts.- Analyse test data to generate detailed engineering reports and identify areas for improvement in test processes and equipment.- Champion best practices in safety and quality, including test rig maintenance and upgrades.Skills & Experience:- Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent experience.- Experience with high-voltage battery systems, motors, controllers, or similar technologies.- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB or NI tools) and custom script creation.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work hands-on with test setup and instrumentation.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.- Flexibility and initiative in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
