As Fleet Administrator for our Oxford Corporate Team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing operational processes for the FN50 and selected corporate and National accounts. Your proactive approach will create sales opportunities, meeting and exceeding customer service standards. Develop and maintain strong customer relationshipsManage online portals and respond to enquiries promptlyProactively offer alternative vehicles to maximize salesEnsure compliance with company policies and service level agreementsMaintain accurate records and provide regular reports
