Duties & Responsibilities

This role is varied and will require you to work on a part time permanent basis Monday - Friday 9am-2pm (this can be flexible but you're needed 5 days a week in the office). This company manufacture smaller versions of performance cars which are used as actual off road vehicles or as statement pieces of art in homes or commercial venues.

You'll be responsible for

  • Checking in and greeting all visitors into the offices/workshop.
  • Helping to roll out and keep on top of changes in health & safety
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Ensuring all maintenance work (plumbing, guttering etc) is scheduled out to the relevant contractors
  • Approving invoices for payment
  • Supporting and organising events such as school visits, open days and work experience
  • Ad hoc team travel arrangements
  • Delivering 3 staff events per year
  • Manage senior leadership expenses
