Description

The Part-Time Payroll Assistant will:

  • Process monthly payroll efficiently and accurately across the organisation for 1000 UK employees
  • Ensure the accurate and timely calculation of wages, benefits and deductions
  • Administer payroll benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant policies
  • Handle and resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries from employees
  • Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Adhere to internal processes, procedures, and controls, ensuring compliance at all stages
  • Perform reconciliation of payroll data and resolve any discrepancies
  • Prepare reports on payroll information as required

Profile

The Payroll Assistant will be/have;

  • End to end Payroll experience
  • Knowledge of Payroll systems, software's and procedures
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Immediate availability
