We are recruiting for an experienced Corporate Planning Manager to join a modern luxury automotive company, operating in a hybrid capacity from their planned Bicester location and Leamington Spa.You will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and monitoring the execution of projects and programs across the organisation. This role involves maintaining a centralised view of all projects within OnePlan, creating and managing an enterprise-level schedule, and proactively identifying and communicating potential risks and dependencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, experience with scheduling software (OnePlan), and strong analytical and communication skills.Requirements Key Responsibilities:Schedule Management:

    • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all projects and plans within each portfolio and program in OnePlan
    • Create and maintain an overarching Forseven enterprise-level schedule of high level milestones in OnePlan, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
    • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, incorporating dependencies, resource constraints, and critical path analysis

Schedule Monitoring & Analysis:

    • Conduct ongoing assessments of project health and progress against scheduled milestones
    • Analyse baseline status, current timing plans, critical path dependencies, and interdependencies (hard and soft) to identify potential risks and issues
    • Proactively communicate schedule variances, potential delays, and resource conflicts to relevant stakeholders

Risk & Issue Management:

    • Flag planning concerns or issues to the appropriate function, program sponsor, or accountable person regarding timing, delivery, and risk, both within and connected to the plans in OnePlan
    • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution of issues

Reporting & Communication:

    • Utilise corporate dashboarding and reporting resources to define and create a fit-for-purpose IMS dashboard to provide a clear and concise overview of project and program status
    • Prepare and present regular schedule reports and updates to management and stakeholders
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across project teams and functional departments

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field (Desirable)
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an Integrated Master Scheduler or in a similar planning and scheduling role
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software, specifically OnePlan (required)
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques, including critical path analysis, risk management, and resource allocation
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
