We are working on behalf of an amazing primary school seeking an inspirational Class Teacher to join the vibrant and welcoming school community in Bicester. As a Class Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and challenging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and supported.
• Use effective assessment strategies to monitor progress and provide high-quality feedback to pupils.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, ensuring every child makes excellent progress.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support pupil development.
• Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities, events, and initiatives.

• A warm and welcoming school with a supportive leadership team.
• Enthusiastic, well-behaved, and motivated pupils who love learning.
• A strong commitment to staff wellbeing and work-life balance.

We are looking for a committed and motivated teacher who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has a passion for teaching and a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies.
• Is a reflective practitioner, eager to learn and develop professionally.
• Is an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Is committed to inclusive education and meeting the needs of all learners.
