Are you a SEN HLTA with an interest in Horticulture, outdoor learning, and Enterprise?

We are looking for a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join one of our Oxfordshire-based independent Secondary schools!

The role:

As a SEN HTLA, you will support young people between the ages of 11 – 19 with Autism in their educational journey. Due to its location, the school offers students the opportunity to gain experience in a range of horticultural processes!

The role will require you to collaborate closely with the Deputy Head for Teaching and the Vice Principal.

As the Candidate, you must…

Be experienced working as a HLTA or a similar role
Have knowledge of Special Educational Needs, in particular, children with Autism.
Be able to deliver small group sessions in a range of PSHE topics

Your working hours:

Monday – Friday, 08:30am – 4:00pm
