Are you a SEN HLTA with an interest in Horticulture, outdoor learning, and Enterprise?

We are looking for a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join one of our Oxfordshire-based independent Secondary schools!

The role:

As a SEN HTLA, you will support young people between the ages of 11 – 19 with Autism in their educational journey. Due to its location, the school offers students the opportunity to gain experience in a range of horticultural processes!

The role will require you to collaborate closely with the Deputy Head for Teaching and the Vice Principal.

As the Candidate, you must…

  • Be experienced working as a HLTA or a similar role
  • Have knowledge of Special Educational Needs, in particular, children with Autism.
  • Be able to deliver small group sessions in a range of PSHE topics

Your working hours:

Monday – Friday, 08:30am – 4:00pm
