Production Line Pickers

Premier Work Support are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented full time and part time Production Line Pickers to join our prestigious client's food production team on a temporary basis based in Bicester.

This is a temporary role, however may become permanent for the right candidate after a qualifying period.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting and packing food produce items accurately and efficiently from the production line. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work and communicate effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment with strict adherence to food safety standards and be comfortable working in a temperature controlled environment.

The key responsibilities for this position are:

• Select and pack food produce items according to specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure that picked items are free from defects and meet company quality requirements.
• Label and package products correctly and efficiently
• Load and unload products onto and off the production line.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to strict safety and quality standards.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm, or 12.00pm to 10.00pm, however you must be flexible and overtime will be available.

For this role, you must be able to provide valid right to work documentation and 5 years of background references

A valid DBS is also required for this role, if you do not have one, we can assist in applying for one for you.
