We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Shift Team Leader to join our manufacturing client based in Bicester.

You will be accountable for managing shift operations, ensuring production targets are met, and overseeing a team. Youll work closely with the Production Manager and take ownership of production processes, safety, and team performance. You will also support continuous improvements in Health & Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the shift team, ensuring targets and deadlines are achieved.
  • Run lines in the absence of Line Leaders.
  • Manage production administration, including shift planning and reporting.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure all safety processes are followed.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on production outcomes.
  • Drive improvements in team development, safety culture, and factory efficiency.

Shifts will be 06.00 14.00 and 14.00 22.00 on a rotating basis

The ideal applicants will have:
