Our client is looking for a creative individual to join their innovative team as a Mid Level/Senior Media Buyer. Working closely with the Media Buyer you will be managing and developing marketing strategy, maximising opportunities and maintaining development in profitability.

The Mid Level/Senior Media Buyer role will consist of working hours 09:00-17:30, offering hybrid working. This role offers a salary of £40,000 plus per annum dependent on experience.

Responsibilities of a Mid Level/Senior Media Buyer:

  • Monitor and oversee the optimisation rates of campaigns and landing pages.
  • Lead a team of three people to create innovative strategies to support growth.
  • Apply methods including automation to increase efficiency.
  • Ensure your team has all required training.
  • Manage accounts.
  • Prepare reports on the overall performance of campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media sales providers.
  • Research potential opportunities.
  • Support the progression of SEM strategy and the introduction of operations on to FB, Native and other platforms.

Personal Attributes:

  • Have previous experience working in media buying/strategy development.
  • Be hands on and methodical, working well under pressure while ensuring attention to detail.
  • Understand and be able to confidently use google buying tools, ads and SEM, as well as other similar tools.
  • Show strong work ethic and desire to be creative and support a growing business.
  • Be computer literate including Excel and have good numeracy, analytical and research skills.
  • Display good communication sills both written and verbal.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in a marketing or business-related field.
  • Analysis skills, excel or programming skills.
  • Strong SEM experience (Google/Bing) and Google ads scripting.
  • Comfortable managing complex campaigns.
  • Good numerical, analytical and research skills to evaluate campaigns.

Skills and experience pertaining to management of budget and profit, forecasting, ROI and strategy development would be advantageous but are not required.
