Are you someone with prior experience in a receptionist role?  Do you have excellent customer service skills?  And are you a strong communicator with confident telephone manners?  Our client is an incredibly reputable business based over in Bicester, that offers their services to individuals to support the development of the community. They are now looking for a Part-Time Receptionist Administrator to come on board with their friendly, easy-going team based over in Bicester. The ideal candidate will have previous receptionist/administration experience, as well as experience in a customer service-facing role and show excellent communication skills. In return, the business will offer you a great working environment with a tight-knit team who all strive to see each other succeed.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering the phones and ensuring customers are directed to the relevant people.
  • Handling and dealing with any visitors, ensuring meeting rooms are set-up, catering organised and transport readily available.
  • Manage all post and deliveries.
  • Data-entry onto the internal CRM system.
  • Keep all filing up to date (electronically) and ensure all folders are set up accurately.
  • Manage incoming emails and group inboxes.
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing and administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in telephone systems and adept at handling calls with professionalism.
  • Excellent IT skills with a strong command of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellent client care.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisation and administration abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Additional Information:
  • Monday – Friday, 8:30am-3pm (30 hours per week).
  • Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 FTE.
  • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays (pro-rata).
