- Answering the phones and ensuring customers are directed to the relevant people.
- Handling and dealing with any visitors, ensuring meeting rooms are set-up, catering organised and transport readily available.
- Manage all post and deliveries.
- Data-entry onto the internal CRM system.
- Keep all filing up to date (electronically) and ensure all folders are set up accurately.
- Manage incoming emails and group inboxes.
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing and administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in telephone systems and adept at handling calls with professionalism.
- Excellent IT skills with a strong command of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent client care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organisation and administration abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monday – Friday, 8:30am-3pm (30 hours per week).
- Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 FTE.
