Description

  • Manage and maintain reception area, greeting visitors and handling queries
  • Provide business support to other team members
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to appropriate departments
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and copying
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

Profile

A successful Temporary Receptionist/Administrator should have:
