An experienced, self motivated Talent Partner is required to play a crucial role in our automotive company's internal recruitment efforts.

Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Proactive Candidate Sourcing: Actively seek and engage potential candidates through various channels to build a strong talent pipeline.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles and departments, including Corporate Functions (legal, people, sales)

Full Life-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job advertising to candidate selection and onboarding.

Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.

Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate interviews, providing support to both candidates and hiring teams throughout the process.

Stakeholder Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates to enhance the recruitment experience.

Project and Recruitment Administration: Oversee various administrative tasks related to recruitment projects, ensuring efficient operation within the talent acquisition function, including data analysis and KPI's

Provide coaching and counsel to business partners, demonstrating negotiation and persuasion skills

Qualifications:

Proven experience in talent acquisition, including stakeholder and candidate management

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
