Location - Bicester 

Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 p/a

Working Hours - 8:00am - 4:30pm (early finish on Friday) 

Job Type - Permanent 

Are you an experienced Technician looking for an exciting opportunity in a high-tech manufacturing environment? We’re seeking skilled individuals to join a fast-growing team, working on precision engineering projects with a focus on quality and efficiency.

• Assemble sub-components and final builds to strict quality standards
• Work from technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Ensure quality control and compliance with industry regulations
• Support process improvements and assist in problem-solving
• Perform rework, alignment, and testing as required

• Mechanical and wiring assembly skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of lean manufacturing
• IT literate (MS Office) with good communication skills
• A flexible, hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment
