We are recruiting for a new pop-up coming to Bicester Village. Within this Supervisor position you will be dedicated to helping the pop-up to thrive, providing high level customer service, making sales and supporting the team. Creating a lasting impact for customers through storytelling and offering a unique and memorable experience to customers.
You will be working full-time hours, 5 out of 7 days per week.
Duties of the Supervisor:
- Support the Keyholders/Sales Assistants, maintaining excellent customer service and guest experience.
- Supervise daily activities, including opening and closing the pop-up, cash handling and stock management.
- Assist with taking payments and completing transactions.
- Handle guest complaints or issues, coming to a resolution maintaining positive guest experience.
- Maintain stock levels, ensuring displays are kept tidy and replenishment is carried out as required.
- Train, drive and motivate the team.
Personal Attributes:
- Have proven experience within a Retail supervisory role.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
- Be able to handle operational aspects of a retail store.
- Show strong customer service skills.
- Work well in a fast-paced environment, during peak periods.
- Be upbeat and hold a 'can-do’ attitude.
- Have an interest in creative or artistic services.
- Problem solves efficiently.
This role is a temporary position running from the 1st of May to the 13th of July, paying £14.70 per hour. Offering an incentive for candidates able to complete the full assignment.
