Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an elevated and personalized shopping experience to clients, ensuring their needs are met with expertise and care.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, including managing a personal client book to drive customer loyalty.
  • Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and detailed information about merchandise.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to overall store performance.
  • Maintain the store's visual presentation by adhering to merchandising guidelines and standards.
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash and card payments.
