FINANCE ASSISTANT - UP TO £33k HOURLY EQUIVALENT - ASAP START DATE - BICESTER - ONSITE

Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a fantastic, family-feel business in Bicester that are looking for a full-time Finance Assistant to join the team ASAP (before Christmas) on a rolling contract with a potential for temp-to-perm.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter accounts payable invoices onto finance system for approval.
  • Reconcile supplier ledgers.
  • Perform daily processes for recording customer payment transactions.
  • Post payments and receipts to finance system.
  • Reconcile company bank accounts.
  • Post general ledger and intercompany journals.
  • Process customer refunds.
  • Interpret customer accounts on the Billing system.
  • Monitor the accounts payable inbox, responding to queries, categorising emails into workflows.
  • Assist colleagues from other teams with customer payment and billing queries.
  • Expense claim processing.
  • Assist with month end processes and journals.
  • Involvement with financial audits.
  • Any other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar role.
  • Invoice processing experience.
  • Immediately available.
