Due to growth, my client are recruiting for a Retail Fashion Assistant to join their lovely team. You will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service within fashion or luxury hospitality.
This is a full time, permanent position, offering a starting salary of 24,000 - 28,000 plus bonus, and fantastic company benefits.
Your Role:
- Meet and greet customers.
- To ensure that customers are treated to an exceptional experience.
- Offer style advice.
- You must be presentable and approachable at all times.
- Correspond to customers over the telephone, face to face and via email.
- Visual merchandising.
- Be able to work as part of a team but also autonomously.

- Someone who can deliver exceptional customer service.
- An outgoing and friendly individual.
- An interest in fashion.
