Offering an extensive collection of luxury products, the brand is looking for someone to take on a newly created role for one of their top flagship locations.

We are looking for a successful Store Manager from a commercial and service led environment. The customer shopping experience is paramount here and the right candidate will be the perfect host, commercially minded and ambitious to make your boutique a success. You will demonstrate a passion for the brand with an uncompromising commitment to exceptional service. You will have a store manager reporting to you and a large team in a multi million pound, top 5 global store.

You will need:

  • Experience as a flagship store manager, store director, multisite, regional, area or district manager
  • Inspire your team, recruit and manage their performance including continuous training
  • Strong operational and stock management background
  • Minimum of £5 Million sales turnover experience
  • Monitor adherence of store targets, KPIs and standards
  • Communication with head office and Regional Management, as well as maintaining relationships with centre management.
  • Driving sales - possessing a commercial acumen to maintain exceptional sales and coach your team to strive for excellence
  • Market knowledge, competitor awareness and an understanding of the industry.
  • Visual merchandising
