Our client is looking for a Supervisor to lead their festive pop-up. Working in a busy environment you will be ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experience. Overseeing a team of Keyholders/Sales Assistants, this role will include but not be limited to managing store performance and ensuring high standards are maintained.
Offering luxury products such as baubles, sacks, ribbon and cards all guests you will be working to maintain a memorable festive experience. You will be working 5 out of 7 days per week.
Duties of the Supervisor:
- Support the Keyholders/Sales Assistants, maintaining excellent customer service and guest experience.
- Supervise daily activities, including opening and closing the pop-up, cash handling and stock management.
- Ensure personalised items are of high quality and this service runs smoothly.
- Coordinate schedules of the visiting artists to certify that the preparation and delivery of their service is seamless.
- Monitor sales performance, ensuring sales targets are met, and compile a report on performance to send to Senior Management.
- Handle guest complaints or issues, coming to a resolution maintaining positive guest experience.
- Train and motivate the team.
Personal Attributes:
- Have proven experience within a Retail supervisory role.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
- Be able to handle operational aspects of a retail store.
- Show strong customer service skills.
- Work well in a fast-paced environment, during peak periods.
- Have an interest in creative or artistic services.
- Problem solve efficiently.
This role is a temporary position running from the 28th of November to the 24th of December, paying £14.00 per hour. Offering an incentive for candidates able to complete the full assignment.
