A job opportunity has arisen for a Night Support Worker in Yarnton. This is a role working at a highly respected charity working within their supported housing services on a full time basis.

The role involves:• Working within a residential setting with women who have complex needs and/or past traumas• Engage with the women providing emotional support and deal with any incidents in the night• Ensure the records are updated correctly • Conduct handovers with any day staff at the end of the shift making sure everything is communicated correctly • Monitor and administer clients' medication • Be able to deal with issues and escalate to the on-call manager or police if required • Deal with any fire safety issues and make sure all smoke detectors are working correctly and checked
