Inclusion Support Assistant - Kidlington

Our amazing specialist school believes every child has the potential to succeed and they are committed to providing the necessary support to help them thrive. They are looking for an enthusiastic Inclusion Support Assistant to join their team ASAP.

This is an important role where you will be responsible for facilitating and providing tailored emotional support to students, helping them navigate their feelings, build resilience and develop coping strategies. As an Inclusion Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, parents and external professionals to create a supportive and safe environment for our students.

Responsibilities as an Inclusion Support Assistant:

In this role, you will provide one to one and small group support to students who are struggling with ASD and other mental health challenges. You will collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement specialised learning plans and interventions. You will also maintain a safe and positive learning environment. The end goal is to ensure that all students are as independent as possible and have a good foundation for emotional and mental health wellbeing.
