Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience Teaching in your Specialist subject.
Good classroom management skills.
Educated in Special Educational Needs (SEND) such as ASD, ADHD, and challenging behaviours, as well as demonstrated experience in a SEND setting.
The ability to be compassionate, resilient, proactive, and patient.
