We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Parts Advisor to join our clients thriving team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to customers, both in-person and over the phone, regarding parts inquiries and orders.
- Parts Management: Assist in managing and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring parts are correctly stocked and available.
- Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Technical Assistance: Offer technical advice and support to customers, helping them find the right parts for their needs.
- Sales: Identify opportunities to upsell and promote additional products and services to customers.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a parts advisory role, preferably within the commercial automotive industry.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8am - 6pm
- Saturday Morning 1in2 - paid overtime
