Main Purpose
To assist in the smooth running of the store through providing excellent levels of customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all customers that come into the store and assist them with their product selection.
- Deal with queries and complaints either over the phone or in store.
- Process all sales transactions quickly and efficiently.
- Assist with implementing shop merchandising.
- Assist with carrying out stock takes.
- Assist in receiving and sorting stock deliveries, ensuring that all relevant paperwork is completed.
- Ensure the store is clean and tidy by carrying out housekeeping duties.
