Business Support Administrator – Bicester (OX26) – £13 to £15 Per Hour + Holiday Pay - Ref 23507

We are looking for a flexible and versatile Business Support Administrator to support this small, well established and ambitious business!

This role is to start immediately, working Monday to Friday between 30 and 37.5 hours per week. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be assisting him with various administrative tasks.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

 

Business Support Administrator Responsibilities

  • Updating internal databases
  • Generating reports and documentation
  • Support with scheduling and organising meetings
  • Responding to email enquiries
  • Carrying our financial administrative tasks such as ordering, bookings and raising of invoices where needed
  • Supporting the wider team with any other administrative tasks as required
