Equation Recruitment are looking for a cleaner on behalf of our well established, Bicester based, client. If you have prior experience cleaning within an office environment this could be the perfect role for you!
Cleaner Responsibilities:
The list below is managed by two people and there is a schedule for each person, which should be alternated on a weekly basis.
- Kitchens - keeping clean and tidy (vac and mop), supplies topped up, bins emptied and coffee machine cleaning and filled
- Cleaning of warehouse locker rooms and toilets
- Cleaning of office areas within the warehouse - warehouse office, lab, mezzanine office.
- Ground floor office corridor kept clean (full time use by all staff), including skirting boards
- Emptying of office bins
- Laundry of tea towels and cleaning cloths (in-house washing machine/tumble dryer
- Check all water machines and those in the warehouse, empty and wipe the drip tray and refill cups if necessary
- Topping up of supplies in toilets - hand towels, toilet rolls, soap dispensers
- Support with cleaning meeting rooms
- Warehouse walkway mopped
- Support with ordering supplies for kitchens and toilets
Note: Offices are cleaned by the evening team, however, there may be times when support with this is needed Quarterly Tasks conducted between both team members
- Cleaning of inside windows and glass panels - this is conducted every 3 months and the normal daily pattern adjusted to accommodate this task
Requirements for a Cleaner:
- Prior experience as a professional cleaner is essential
- Cleaning experience within an office environment is desirable.
- Great attention to detail.
- Able to manage your workload within an allotted time schedule.
- Confident with spoken and written English.
