The Shift Pattern for the role is 4 on 4 off days & nights. 

Salary £30,000 to £45,000 plus Benefits. 

What You Will Do:

  • Monitor the continuous operation of test and development equipment, ensuring safe and efficient functionality.
  • Implement and follow rigorous operations and maintenance procedures, upholding the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
  • Utilise your understanding of P&ID drawings and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure seamless shift changes with clear and concise handovers, maintaining operational continuity.
  • Engage actively in continuous improvement processes, contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks on process equipment.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proficiency in computer usage, especially in operating test rig software and standard desktop applications.
  • Experience operating high-temperature process equipment and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • A solid foundation in technical education, ideally apprentice-trained to ONC/HNC, NVQ, or C&G level 3 or Degree within Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to monitor real-time data effectively.
  • Desirable: Experience in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industries.
