Location: Bicester
Salary: Up to 45,000 Basic + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (40 hours per week)
Saturday: 1 in 3 Saturdays

As a Vehicle Technician, you will play an essential role in maintaining the high standards of our client's workshop. Your daily duties will include:

• Vehicle Maintenance: Carry out routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs to a high standard.
• Diagnostic Testing: Utilise advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults efficiently.
• Repairs and Replacements: Conduct repairs, replacing faulty parts, and ensuring vehicles are in peak condition.
• Vehicle Inspections: Perform thorough inspections to identify potential issues.
• Customer Communication: Provide excellent service by keeping customers informed about their vehicle's status.
• Documentation: Ensure all work is accurately documented, following dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety standards to maintain a safe work environment.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in the automotive industry.
• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Skills: Proficient in diagnostic tools, fault finding, and vehicle repair.
• Communication: Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is essential.
