Berry Recruitment is partnering with DPD in Bicester to recruit Loading Bay Operatives for the peak season until Christmas Eve 2024.

Salary: £11.44 Per Hour

Location: Bicester Depot - postcode - OX26 6GF

Hours:40 hours a week - MIDNIGHT UNTIL - 08.30AM - 5 days a week

(Please ask if you can work 6 days a week)

During PEAK start time will be 2300 - 07.30 with an option for overtime until 0830am. This will start 22nd November 2024

Start date: ASAP - Training to be provided in readiness for PEAK

About the role:

As the Temporary Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include

Unloading and loading cages
Unloading lorries
Sorting parcels for scanning
Sorting parcels via shoot
Heavy Lifting for larger parcels
Use of handheld scanner

About you:

Must be comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment during PEAK period
Be able to stand for long periods of time
Comfortable with lots of walking
Be comfortable with repetitive tasks
Comfortable with handling heavy parcels
Comfortable with moving and turning whilst moving the parcels
Must have own transport with no bus service due to start time
