Sustainability Consultant Principal-Associate Director

£55,000- £85,000

Backed by 25 years of success this multi-disciplinary consultancy design and deliver major infrastructure schemes across a range of sectors including residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. Their projects include the infrastructure for new towns and settlements of between 50-5000 new homes.

As a Principal-Associate Director of Sustainability you will be responsible for…

  • Sustainability and Energy Statements, Environmental Statements
  • Reviews of low carbon technologies and Energy Centres/Networks, EVCP requirements, embodied/whole life carbon assessments
  • Advising on renewable energy and calculations to support
  • Future Homes Standards compliance
  • Support across all aspects of sustainability for a several thousand-unit mixed use scheme across planning, infrastructure delivery, and buildout to review, measure, monitor, and establish improvements (and if needed, alterations) to meet client sustainability objectives and all designs, method statements, and final construction activities. 
  • Assisting clients with net zero schemes.
  • Enhance the Sustainability function and support in the appointment of new employees
  • Scope 1-3 emission assessments and advise how we can become Zero Carbon as a business.
