Finance Office Manager – Ashburton – Permanent Position - £35,000 - £40,000k D.O.E. – Full Time - 9am - 5pm - Free Parking, Office Based, Pension and Sick Pay Schemes. 28 Days Holidays. Available to start January 2025
With over 1,500 clients, this is a busy and varied role. As Manager you will be supported by 1 x P/T Credit Controller and 1 x P/T Administrator to enable you to run the office with the main focus on Accounts & Finance.
Extensive working knowledge required on SAGE50. Dealing with all aspects of Accounts to include, Sales & Bought Ledger, Profit and Loss, Weekly Payroll, Banking, Bank Reconciliations Credit Control, Petty Cash, Invoicing, Analyses and creating Monthly Accounts.
Busy varied role that needs an outgoing, confident and engaging personality as dealing a large customer base where Customer Service is parampount. Managing 2 x Office Staff and liaising with Site Managers as well as hands on and flexible approach to the role.
AAT Level 3 or equivalent
Own transport required as the office is not near any transport links
To achieve the higher salary, you will need to demonstrate on interview your ability to meet the main criteria of the role with past experience and working knowledge
