Location: Plymouth, UK
Shift Pattern: 11am – 11pm, 3 days on/3 days off (night shift available if wanted)
Salary: £36,000 + 32% day shift allowance

Your Role:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will:
- Provide expert technical support to resolve complex equipment faults.
- Mentor and develop Production Technicians in fault diagnosis and technology use.
- Use cutting-edge tools such as Allen Bradley PLCs, robotics, vision inspection systems, and more to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
- Lead small process improvement projects to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
- Support new equipment installation and startup efforts.
About You:
- Hands-on experience in high-volume assembly and manufacturing.
- Technical aptitude with a background in hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and servo systems.
- Proficient in IT systems, including SAP, for fault diagnosis and maintenance.
- A positive communicator with patience and enthusiasm for mentoring others.
