Job Title: Site Manager (Night Shift - Supermarket Refurb)
Location: Bicton Heath
Duration: 4 weeks
Start Date: 3rd November
Working Hours: 4:00 PM startSunday, 10 pm Mon-Friday.
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a supermarket refurbishment project in Bicton Heath. This is a night shift role, ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast-paced retail environments and is skilled in managing refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee night shift operations, ensuring all work is completed on schedule, to a high standard, and within health and safety guidelines.
- Manage subcontractors and on-site staff, ensuring tasks are completed according to the project plan.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project progress, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Liaise with project managers and report on nightly progress.
Requirements:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- CSCS Black Card (Manager level)
- Asbestos Awareness Certification
- 3-Day First Aid at Work
- Hot Works Certificate (online course)
Role Details:
- Location: Bicton Heath
- Shift: Night work
- Contract: 4 weeks with potential for future roles on completion.
