Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Bideford
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
Acorn by Synergie are looking for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team based in Bideford.
This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to start immediately,
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment in the production of pallets.
- Follow detailed production plans and adhere to safety standards.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good physical condition, capable of lifting and moving heavy objects.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and guidelines.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
