On behalf of our client we are looking for a Finishing Manager to work on a new build housing site in Bideford, with the potential for ongoing work.
You will be responsible for snagging new build houses to get ready for completion and be overseeing some trades on the site. A hands-on approach is essential as you will on be required to assist with snagging duties.
SSSTS orSMSTS is required, as well as CSCS and first aid preferable.
Ideally, you will have a trades background and will be willing to assist onthe tools where needed to get the job done.A roll-your-sleeves-up approach is required!
