We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support our Payroll Manager in producing accurate and timely payrolls for our operations. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision, operating on monthly payroll cycles.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Preparing and inputting payroll data for accurate processing.
  • Managing key payroll life-cycle events, including:
    • Joiner and leaver administration
    • Absence management and record-keeping
    • Salary, allowance, and benefit changes
    • Compliance with statutory obligations (PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP, NMW, etc.)
  • Processing variable pay elements, including bonus calculations and inbound payment interfaces.
  • Auditing payroll data and executing critical system tasks.
  • Generating and analysing payroll exception, error, and KPI reports.
  • Submitting external reports to statutory bodies, benefit providers, and linked systems.
  • Managing and reconciling third-party payments (pensions, childcare, voluntary deductions, etc.).
