- Responsible for a smooth running of the restaurant & bar
- Opening and closing the outlets

The successful candidate
- Will have previous restaurant or bar experience
- A high level of customer service
- Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
- Closing experience
- Strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink
- Supervisor experience
