We are seeking a Project Engineer for a leading Aerospace organization located in Broughton.
The role involves delivering projects that enhance production processes while adhering to safety, cost, and quality standards.
Candidates should have experience in a production environment and stakeholder management, with project management accreditation preferred.
The position offers a competitive salary, and applicants are expected to have relevant experience in project financial management and risk identification.
This is an umbrella contract role that falls under Inside IR35 regulations.

We are recruiting for a Project Engineer for a leading Aerospace organisation based on site in Broughton.The Team in Broughton enable manufacturing operations by working closely with the shopfloor teams to ensure minimal disruption, whilst providing innovative, value adding and robust solutions.As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be accountable for delivering Projects aimed at enabling and improving the production processes whilst meeting safety, cost & quality requirements.Your main tasks and responsibilities will include: -

Support the Business by carrying out process mapping and requirement
Ensure analysis, design, development, integration, functional and technical acceptance,
Ensure activities are completed in line with agreed budget, schedule and
Work with Stakeholders to define "AS IS" and "TO BE" Solutions
Provide Project Financial Management (Cost benefit analysis, planning, estimating, budgeting, funding, managing project expenses, and billing)
Create all required Project documentation according to the agreed Governance model
Ensure dependencies and risks are clearly identified, reported and
Identify and manage all risks relating to delivering the project to time cost and quality, including interdependencies with other projects or services.

As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate some or all of the following skills and competencies:

Project Management accreditation would be an advantage
Experience of working in a Production environment
Stakeholder management & building customer relationships
Analysing and simplifying complex topics and being able to make them understandable to
Familiarity with Click n Buy, FMEA, SWOT analysis, 5 whys, Fishbone Analysis, Flowcharts would be an advantage.
Experience in Generating Technical Specification based on Operational
