The Role:
-As a Support Worker, you'll be at the heart of our mission, providing crucial support to individuals in their daily lives. Your responsibilities will include:
-Assisting with dressing, hygiene, and medication management.
-Supporting individuals in engaging in meaningful activities, whether it's arts and crafts, game days on campus, or outings to the cinema, shopping, or local events.
-Tailoring your support to meet the unique needs of each individual, whether in a group setting or on a one-to-one basis.
-Encouraging and facilitating independence in a safe and supportive manner.
What We're Looking For:
-A minimum of 1-2 years in a UK social care setting, preferably within a care home or care at home environment.
-Driver's Licence: Should be a driver and a valid driver's licence is preferred.
-Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Our service operates 24/7, offering up to 37 hours per week.
-A strong work ethic, compassion, and dedication to making a difference.
Your Journey with Us:
You'll begin with a 3-month probationary period, allowing us to support you as you ease into the role. Upon successful completion, you'll be offered a permanent position, where you can continue to grow and make a lasting impact
