Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Salary: £41.70-50.00 per day
TeacherActive is proud to be working with a Mainstream school in Buxton, Derbyshire, supporting with their recruitment for a Teaching Assistant. The setting is centred on pupil’s development, as well as an intrinsic desire to make progress both academically and with their own emotional, social and behavioural skills.
The school is seeking a passionate team player to take on this long-term role. The successful Teaching Assistant will bring a new dimension and skill set to this role, be keen to develop their own skills to adapt to the children’s individual needs and have a positive impact on the wider school.
The position will involve working with students across all Key Stages. A proactive thinker with the ability to take control of situations confidently is necessary.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
- Experience working with children with in an education setting.
- Level 2 or 3 CACHE or equivalent preferred but not essential.
- Experince working with children with complex needs
