The Role
As Customer Success Manager it’s your job to deliver excellent service to customers who have placed orders, ensuring they are kept informed and that the order is dispatched on time and as agreed.
You’ll act as a link between the customer and factory floor, ensuring any issues are resolved and communicated, all while ensuring positive relationships are maintained.
You’ll process import/export documentation & keep shipments on track, working with hauliers and customs brokers to avoid delays, as well as keeping records and reports up to date and supporting the salesforce to ensure forecasting efficiency.  If you like variety, this is the role for you!

Hours: 8:30-5pm Mon-Thurs with early finish Fridays!
