Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced CNC Miller with Hurco experience to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines, primarily Hurco.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to produce high-precision parts.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Troubleshoot issues, conduct basic machine maintenance, and ensure machines run efficiently.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.
• Continuously strive to improve production processes and efficiencies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller with specific expertise in Hurco machines.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming (Hurco conversational programming preferred).
• Competency in using measuring equipment to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
• Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Experience in [industry sector] would be advantageous.
